What sizes of storage units do you offer?
We offer a wide range of unit sizes across our three locations to fit just about any need. Small units start at 5×10 and 6×5 — great for boxes, seasonal items, and small furniture. Mid-size units like 8×10, 10×10, and 10×15 can hold the contents of a one- or two-bedroom apartment. Large units ranging from 10×20 up to 24×24 are ideal for vehicles, equipment, or the contents of a full house. Our Geneva location also offers upper locker units (6×5) for smaller storage needs. Do you have climate-controlled units?
Yes. Our Geneva location at N1167 Clover Rd in Genoa City offers brand new climate-controlled units in multiple sizes. These units maintain a stable temperature and humidity level year-round, making them ideal for storing furniture, electronics, documents, photos, artwork, and anything sensitive to extreme heat, cold, or moisture.
Can I rent a unit online?
Absolutely. You can browse available units, compare sizes and pricing, and complete your rental entirely online at ustoreitwi.com. Just click “View Locations,” choose your facility, and follow the steps to reserve your unit. It only takes a few minutes.
Do you offer 24/7 access?
Yes. All of our locations provide 24-hour access so you can get to your belongings whenever you need them — day or night.
How do I make a payment?
We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and ACH bank transfers. You can make payments online anytime through our secure tenant portal, or you can set up automatic payments so you never miss a due date. Cash payments are also accepted and come with a small discount.
What is your move-out or cancellation policy?
We require 30 days’ written notice before move-out. Our rentals are month-to-month with no long-term contracts, so you’re never locked in. Just give us 30 days’ notice and make sure your unit is emptied and swept clean by your move-out date.
Are your facilities secure?
Yes. Keeping your belongings safe is a top priority. Our facilities feature video surveillance, well-lit premises, and individual unit locks. Our Geneva climate-controlled building also includes secure door access
